BRILLIANT!
Lol some of these are pretty awesome!
You are amazing! “Horton hears Haiku” is the best line ever!
more than I can comprehend
awesome and it reminds me that I need to quit making booze and get writing haikus
Hahaha! These are so super
@godfatherofgreenbay - you are the haiku master.
@songoftheheart - i amused my own self with that one.
@ZSA_MD - you’re so sweet
@LaughOutLoudLauren - @Kris0logy - @Thatslifekid - thanks.
@runisom48 - too long, didn’t read?
OMG! You are so wonderfully prolific!
wow. :O (and you’re doing NANO WRIMO? *bows deeply*) regardless, i *bow* , i know you had to move a few mountains to do this. btw, i would love to see this illustrated. maybe not during november. or december, now that i remember all the holidays and all
@Bels_Kaylar - ok, sure. i’ll see what i can do after dec. as for nanowrimo, i’ve already won. i said i would do it and i started. if i never put another word down on the page, i’ve done more than i thought i could do 3 days ago.
@PrisonerxOfxLove -
Wow. Just. Wow. Those are great. Love those! Add me to the ‘wants illustrations’ list.
@promisesunshine - Not too long, did read.
@moniet - why are there a hundred things out there that i want to do right now that i have to put aside for later because instead i have to do the things i have to do which are completely unrelated to the things i want to do?
@runisom48 - thanks. hey, look. you have premium.
Animals continue to amaze me. Best bet is to bat them better. Crazy clauses containing cats and cougars is contagious. Don’t destroy decoy dodos doing dirty. Even evil elephants envy eating emus.
@PPhilip - alliteration always attracts amateurs and accomplished authors and entertains even expressers of ever-present ennui.
(i love it. thanks for playing.)
@promisesunshine - ok
hahahaha….
This are great and fun!
Excellent:)
@C_L_O_G - @Grannys_Place - thank you so much.
@promisesunshine - *Bravo* for doing nanowrimo
seriously, i get it. and as i was about to post this on f.b. “well done is better than well said.” oxoo
I liked the line–’rattlesnake rhumba.’
Very well done with lots of alliteration which I have liked since high school.
frank
@ANVRSADDAY - a rhumba is a group of rattlesnakes. i love alliteration. i’m glad that you enjoyed that part of it.
excellent! horton hears haiku. now that’s great.
@plantinthewindow - thanks, john.
I zee you have perfected ze Z haiku~ zestful indeed!!!
ABC books are so popluar right now. I bet you could get this published. (I almost didn’t comment ’cause there were 26 comments and I thought, “How cool is that?”)
@murisopsis -
@DMMeyer - i’m glad you did.
OMG! What fun! I love this!
@SandraErickson - thank you. where is this haiku thing happening? i feel like i am fully trained now. ha ha.
@promisesunshine - I tried to make a specific site for it, but xanga won’t let me! So, I thought to start a blog ring – thinking there would be a message board, but there isn’t and I can’t figure out exactly how a blog ring works and there are no ”Blog Rings for Dummies” instructions, so that was a bust, also. shall I start a post and just time stamp it daily?
S
Wow! I am impressed. LOTS of fun!
Not a comparison, but when I taught grades 2/3 I had the kids make their own alphabet/definition books – a lot of them chose pokemon. — note that this was back in the beginning of poke stuff so they had to be creative with their entries.
My favorite book in Maurice Sendak’s Nutshell Kids series was Chicken Soup with Rice.
@wickedgood - sounds like a wonderful project! (i’m so glad pokemon isn’t quite as popular now.)
i like that chicken soup with rice too. carole king sings it also, i think.
@SandraErickson - i have no idea. i’m up to my ears right now and can’t put any thought to it. but your suggestion sounds fun.
@promisesunshine - I guess I’m a little confused, I thought you were asking so you could participate; “where is this haiku thing happening? i feel like i am fully trained now. ha ha.”
@SandraErickson - i’m a confusing/confused sort of person. of course i want to participate. i’d like to put some time into figuring out how to do it since you said the options were limited, which is what i don’t have time/brain power to do right now. sorry to be a bubble head.
@promisesunshine - chain is started over at my site, Bubbles…come and play.
@SandraErickson - (gotta catch bill when he gets back from his trip.)
